Job description
As a Technical Customer Support Officer, you will engage with multiple departments, including Service, Operations, Production, Product Management, and Sales. The role encompasses both technical (30%) and administrative (70%) duties.
A TYPICAL DAY INVOLVES:
- Providing phone support to international customers with questions about client's equipment.
- Processing orders through various customer dashboards.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Managing all operational tasks within the system.
- Executing minor repairs on electronic equipment, such as component replacement, utilizing diagnostic tools, and employing critical thinking.
Requirements
- A strong technical background is essential. For instance, have you worked on a technical helpdesk, do you know how to build a computer, or do you enjoy repairing your motor vehicle as a hobby?
- Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is a pre.
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is advantageous.
- An open and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improvements.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative both individually and as part of a team.
