Job description
The Technical Service & Returns team consistent of 7 professional, enthusiastic members who take responsibility and have an open communication. It’s a tight team in which having a good relationship with their team is as important as providing the best service to the client. This team works closely together with other departments like Customer Service, Category Management, Marketing etc.As a Technical Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for clients when it comes to returns, problems and technical support. Your main tasks are to answer questions and handling repairs and returns. Not a day is the same in the versatile position and you will not be bored as these are your tasks:
- Assisting clients over the phone concerning the right way of using the products, finding solutions to problems and offering services. Next to this you are in contact with clients over e-mail concerning returns and repairs.
- Testing (simple) devices and making decisions concerning repairs and or returns based on the mechanics inspection.
- Registering repairs, sending out assignments, ordering the right parts and keeping in contact with the Service Providers, mechanic and client to make sure repairs run smoothly.
- Handling the administration regarding returns
- Processing special orders (spare parts) in the system
- You are the main point of contact between the office in France and clients in the Netherlands and Belgium and our internal departments like customer service
- You have a customer focused mindset and are focused on finding solutions whilst keeping the warranty, terms and conditions in mind
- You are able to take in technical information to increase your knowledge in order to make it easier to solve problems. Even more important is analyzing and recognizing notable problems concerning products and processes to be able to escalate this to the team lead.
- Maintaining contact with the department Category Management in order to get additional information for clients concerning products.
Requirements
- French on at least C1 level and Dutch on at least B2 level- Technical affinity or affinity with the hospitality industry and its products. Previous experience in commercial role is a plus.
- You have a commercial mindset, are energetic and driven to bind clients to the company.
- You are down to earth and have an open personality and are communicative.
- Solution- and customer minded and a positive attitude
- Knowledgeable on MS office like excel, word and/or Office 365 is a plus
- Lastly you are flexible, resilient, proactive
