Our client is a fast growing, successful start-up in the fintech industry. Their HQ is located in the center of Amsterdam.

Job description

You will provide our client's (B2B) customers with all the help and tools that they need in order for them to successfully accept payments anywhere in the world. In order to do so you will be working together with technical engineers and other business teams (e.g. payments, finance & project management teams). Your contributions will have a direct impact on their ability to accept payments and further grow their business.

You will:
  • Act as the global payments expert and provide accurate and transparent advise
  • Be responsible for the customers' success at all steps of the process, from integration to expansion and operational excellence
  • Be two steps ahead of the customer, proactively monitoring their performance

The technical support team is customer-focused, highly motivated, and thrives on shared success. You will be part of an international team with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.


  • You have an affinity for and strong interest in (fin)tech and technical processes
  • You have a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • In case of a different degree, proven interest in technical processes (programming courses and skills or relevant work experience in a tech company) will also be considered!
  • You have 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Programming abilities - writing scripts, Java, are a plus
  • Experience in a tech company preferred
  • You speak German on a native level
  • You speak English on an excellent level
  • You are innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and are able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied (technical support) requests and challenges
  • You are driven and ambitious
  • You are flexible, and have the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
  • You are able to make quick, informed decisions
  • You are customer minded

Working conditions

  • This is a full time, long term position
