Technical Support Specialist - English

Job description

  • You will be the first person of contact in assisting clients who encounter problems with the product.
  • Customer service will be provided by you via phone / e-mail and also in person with colleagues in the office.
  • You must be solving queries that will come up, always be up to date with the newest products and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • You will be giving trainings to technicians.
  • Half the time you will be in the office assisting clients virtually and the other half you will be in the field, providing help face-to-face.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch. (minimum A2 level of Dutch)
  • Background knowledge in Technical, Electricity or GSM.
  • You should be open and friendly, but also very patient when being confronted with customers or colleagues.
  • The company looking for someone with the right mindset, who is willing to put in work to learn.
  • Candidate should live in the Amsterdam Area.
  • Candidates who are living abroad, will not be considered, unless you have concrete plans to relocate.

Working conditions

  • Long-term position
  • Salary indication is between 2500-2800 based on full-time (40 hours) Monday-Friday

Company description

Our client is a scale-up business, that is expanding quickly in the Benelux Area. They are looking for additional team members for their Amsterdam office, where there are currently 15 employees.
They are a leader in the Access Control sector, creating new products to ensure safety and privacy for individuals and companies.

Good to know

You will have the first call virtually with our contact person and if they are interested in taking you to the next step you will meet with HR in their office in Amsterdam.
