Job description

  • Coordinating the helpdesk tickets logged on the help desk system in line with SLA’s
  • Support of IT equipment as and when required.
  • IT hardware/software support for the EMEA region
  • IT Imaging and configuration.
  • Works with management to understand IT priorities and adapt Information Technology support to local requirements.
  • Maintain links and networks with other IT & Technical functions that impact on the activities undertaken by the team
  • Establish, monitors and reviews IT Services policies and processes
  • Identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change.
  • Assists IT function to execute and communicate the reasons for change
  • Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs
  • Execute IT maintenance activities when needed
  • Perform other projects or tasks as assigned
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Manage tasks and follow through to completion while maintaining the routine helpdesk operation.
  • Identify problems & their root cause and anticipate the IT requirements of the EMEA region
  • Administration of all aspects of IT environment
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a high level of IT knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT helpdesk role
  • 2nd level Desktop remote/desk-side troubleshooting Tech experience
  • Google Suite/Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 skills essential
  • 100% of all IT tasks/calls closed within SLA times
  • Professional approachable manner.

  • Maintain and build relationships with third party vendors
  • Initiative to deploy new technologies to help deliver on business goals
  • Implementation and support of the companies’ systemMaintain current and new end user client device integrity, security and virus protection
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks
  • Desktop and Server Windows Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • End User Device Security, Encryption, Anti-Virus
  • A good aptitude for relevant technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to provide support in a professional manner
Technical Competencies
  • Working knowledge of IT Ticketing systems, Lego, Servicenow, server virtualization technologies.
  • Cloud technologies (such as Azure, AWS), networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
  • Previous support experience with Exchange administration, permissions, file access, SharePoint/Teams/One Drive administration.
  • Desirable experience in configuration and support of key applications: Zoom, Slack, ZOHO
  • Good working knowledge of IT hardware including configuration support & maintenance of mobile device / PC / server / printing, network & telecom components.
  • Extensive experience with software application configuration and support of: Google Suite Microsoft OS, SQL

Working conditions

  • Yearly Salary of €45-50k including 8%
  • Travel Allowance of €0.19 per KM
  • Laptop and Phone
  • Insurance
  • 80% in the office

Salary from: €3400,-
Salary to: €3800,-
