Technical Support Specialist | German C2 + Dutch B2

Job description

  • Providing initial, end-to-end product troubleshooting and comprehensive product support.
  • Ensuring precise and timely data entry into the CRM system, meticulously documenting all issues, interactions, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions offered.
  • Implementing timely and relevant follow-ups to keep the customer well-informed.
  • Handling incoming support requests, incidents, and problems through both phone and email communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor-level thinking and problem-solving abilities, acquired through education or professional experience.
  • Possessing 1-2 years of pertinent work experience. Preferably in Customer Service role in a technical field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effective and efficient troubleshooting and solution development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in German, English and business level Dutch.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Adaptable and self-reliant team player who can also work independently.
