Job description

The Assistant Buyer supports the Senior Buyer:
- Order and contract management, the preparation of bids, requests for proposals (RFP's) and quotes.
- Maintains item list and is the administrator, subject matter expert, and educator for users.
-Supporting projects as assigned by management team.
-Negotiate with suppliers
-Maintain and monitor quality of service provided
-Budget planning
-Monitors areas for cost savings and takes appropriate action.


● previous experience in a similar supporting role. Tech sector background is an advantage.
● Knowledgeable about E2E processes.
● Able to set priorities.
● Attention to detail.
● Have a helicopter view.
● Be proactive.
● Act with integrity.
● Strong communicator.
● Excellent negotiating skills.
● Accurate.

Working conditions

Temporary role, minimum 2 months.
Full time
Market level salary

Salary from: €2500,-
Salary to: €3000,-
