Job description

The Order Management coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and processing international and domestic sales orders. In addition, he/she will provide customer service to internal- and external customers

Activities that are included in the role are:
  • Processing of orders from customers, representatives, affiliates, and internal customers
  • The coordination and prioritizing material deliveries and documentation
  • Provide information to customers via phone and email regarding the product availability, order status, tracking information, special pricing, credits, shipping methods, incorrect shipping, customer accounts, changes/corrections, RMA.
  • Work together with various departments within the organization for Lead Times
  • Collaborate with Engineering departments and local – and international project managers
  • Maintaining a clear overview of entire order fulfillment, whilst continuously ensuring meeting the needs of the customer
  • Daily distribution and filing of invoices, including processing credit memos
  • Maintain and update all shipping dates in ERP system
  • Act as liaison for handling customer complaints


For this role our client is looking for a candidate with the following skill-set:
  • A fluent level English, and a fluency in Dutch would be considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Order Management, Customer Service B2B)
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Able to set priorities, even if they change over the duration of the day
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Experience with Order management systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX) would be considered a plus
  • Organized and being able to keep an overview
  • Team player, self starter, motivated
  • For this position it's mandatory to already be in the possession of a valid work permit, and you are located in the Netherlands

Working in a dynamic role
Fulltime position - 40 hours a week
