Job description
In this role, you will take charge of clients in Eastern Europe. You will focus on building strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring excellent service, and negotiating favorable terms. This position offers a great opportunity for someone fluent in English, with a knack for relationship management and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate optimal sales prices, quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to agreements.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate administrative processes.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth in the region.
Requirements
What do we expect from you:- At least 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Proficiency in English, along with fluency in one or more Eastern European languages, is required.
- Experience working in the Eastern European market
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- you live in or near the area of Oud Gastel
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong drive for results.
