The personal data that we collect can be divided into two categories: data that we gather through the use of our website for the purpose of the website analysis and cookies, and data that we gather for the purpose of our recruitment processes to assist you in finding a job.
Cookies

We do not disclose information about your individual visits to Undutchables.nl. Personal information which you provide will be shared, where necessary, with government institutions (e.g. UWV, tax authorities, pension fund, health insurers), audit authorities, etc. Personal information which you provide may also be shared with our external partners, such as our software and ICT providers, to support our services. To make sure your personal information is protected as much as possible we also have signed data processing agreements with our external partners. Undutchables Recruitment Agency takes every precaution to protect user information. Your information is protected both online and offline when you submit sensitive information via the website. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. Access to all our user information, not just sensitive information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Registration, job application, and job alert
By signing up and submitting your personal details on the Undutchables job site, you agree that you permit Undutchables Recruitment Agency B.V. to use your information to search for a suitable job/ position for you. For this purpose we may use your CV and your personal information, with the exception of your identification*, Social Security Number and particular characteristics such as religion, race, sexual orientation, political opinion, health, criminal records and/ or union membership.
*Undutchables is obliged to check the identity of her employees - and as of 2018 also of mediated candidates - to assess the residency status and to keep a copy of the identity document in the administration. The copy of the candidate's identity document may be stored for a maximum of four weeks. After four weeks without a successful placement, the copy will be deleted.
When you register with us, when you apply for a job, or sign up for job alerts we collect data as part of the specific process of helping you find a job. This data is as follows:

Address
Nationality/ Information about your right to work status in the Netherlands
CV, education details, employment history, current job title and any other information that you provide to us and is relevant for a specific job , such as your relevant skills and experience
We guarantee that your details will not be sent to third parties without your prior consent.
Every year we will ask whether you still want to remain registered with Undutchables Recruitment Agency. If you request your personal data to be removed from our database, or you do not respond, we will delete your data within 3 months (exception if you had a contract via Undutchables, see below).
Contract via Undutchables
If you a receive a temporary contract via Undutchables, we will request additional documentation and information that is necessary for your employment file. This includes:

- A copy of the ID document, and work permit if applicable, must be included in the administration before the start of the work.
Why must Undutchables have a copy of my ID documents?
We are required by law to confirm the identity and nationality of all our candidates and verify your right to work in the Netherlands before your first day of work.
Based on the Foreign Nationals Employment Act we are also obliged to share your ID documentation with the client, unless you are a citizen of an EU/EEA country or Switzerland. In the event that we need to share your documentation we will inform you.

We will handle your request with special care to ensure that your rights can be exercised effectively. We may request proof of identity to ensure that your personal data remains private and is shared with you alone. Please be aware that, in particular cases (for instance, due to legal requirements) we may not be able to make your request effective right away. In any case, within one month of your request, we will inform you of the actions taken.
*By law, personal information for candidates who worked via Undutchables Recruitment Agency B.V. cannot be removed from our database for two years after their contract has ended. Certain data may be kept longer if a legal minimum retention period applies.
Fiscal retention obligation General State Taxes Act, Article 52- A retention period of 7 years applies to the administration that is necessary for the control of the national tax and corporate administration obligation, for example salary administration, agency work employment contract and, insofar as necessary, pension obligations.
Wage tax implementation regulation- employee details- A retention period of at least 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship has ended applies. This data concerns name with initials, date of birth, BSN, address with postal code, place of residence and if someone does not live in the Netherlands: country of residence and region. As well as ID documentation.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely in accordance with the GDPR. In order to prevent loss of personal data or unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure the information we process. Only employees who need information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. In case of a data breach, we will report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and inform you.
