Working for Undutchables

In order to get paid you need to make use of the digital timesheets provided by us via the online portal. You will receive a password to log into your profile once you have registered with Undutchables.

Every year the Tax authorities send out an invitation to all persons, resident and/ or working in Holland and entitled to a return or required to pay extra, to complete an Income Tax Declaration.

As a member of the ABU (Federation of Temporary Employment Agencies), we observe the rules of the collective labour agreement (CAO) applicable to temporary workers. This CAO contains essential elements such as minimum salary, overtime pay, notice periods, holiday allowance, etc.

If you cannot work due to illness you have to call the company first thing in the morning between 8.30 and 9.00 am to let them know. You also have to contact Undutchables by phone between 9.00 and 9.30 am as we must register you officially sick with the Arbodienst (FlexCom4).

Time off for holidays must be discussed with your company supervisor. As a temporary worker, your holiday allowance is paid from the amount you accumulate during working hours. This reserve is meant to cover your time off during vacation, public holidays and short absences (dentist and doctor appointments).

The company you are working can offer to cover the travel expenses,you make travelling from home to work and vice versa each day.
