Ezgi was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. There, she met her Dutch husband and in 2021 they moved to the Netherlands. She lives in the Hague and loves it. She has a Business Administration and Marketing background and is proud to be a part of the marketing team of Undutchables. As part of her bachelor’s, she lived one year in Berlin and realized how much she likes an international environment. That’s why she knows Undutchables is the right place for her. Carmen's journey from South Africa to the Netherlands has been an exciting one! After visiting the Netherlands in 2019, Carmen, along with her husband and two children, fell in love with the country and finally made the move in 2023, finding a new place to call home.
Carmen’s career in recruitment began in 2005 and has always been a passion embedded in her DNA. Now working as a recruitment consultant in The Hague, she’s found the perfect role to fulfill her aspirations. Being part of an international company and connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds is something Carmen deeply values.
