Eliška was born and raised in Prague and previously lived in Liège, Brussels and Rotterdam – where she completely fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to settle in Delft with her partner in the summer of 2022. Carmen's journey from South Africa to the Netherlands has been an exciting one! After visiting the Netherlands in 2019, Carmen, along with her husband and two children, fell in love with the country and finally made the move in 2023, finding a new place to call home.
Carmen’s career in recruitment began in 2005 and has always been a passion embedded in her DNA. Now working as a recruitment consultant in The Hague, she’s found the perfect role to fulfill her aspirations. Being part of an international company and connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds is something Carmen deeply values.
