Ezgi was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. There, she met her Dutch husband and in 2021 they moved to the Netherlands. She lives in the Hague and loves it. Polina is a Recruitment Consultant at Undutchables with a background in international talent acquisition, communications, and marketing. Having grown up in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Moscow, she has developed a strong passion for travel, exploring, and learning about different cultures. She knows firsthand what it is like to relocate and build a career in a new place, and now uses her experience to help other internationals find their way.
What originally started as a relocation to the Netherlands for her bachelor’s degree has turned into building roots and settling in The Hague. In her free time, you can find her going on long walks in the dunes or at the beach, or bouldering with friends.

Rebecka grew up in Sweden and after visiting the Netherlands several times in recent years, she fell in love with the country and decided it would be her future home. With a clear goal and a go-getter attitude, she relocated to the Netherlands in April 2024 and began her career as a recruitment consultant at the Hague office. In her role, Rebecka finds great satisfaction in being service-minded and helping candidates find their dream job, as well as supporting clients with their recruitment needs. Outside of work, Rebecka enjoys working out at the gym as well as spending time with family and friends.
