Irina forms part of the Recruitment Consultant team from our Amsterdam office. Born in the Netherlands, living most of her life in Mexico and being raised by her Dutch and Spanish family she is very internationally minded and feels at home within different cultures and their particular views on life. She finds joy in spreading positive vibes, always looking for a good laugh and offering a helping hand. She believes one must focus on their goals but never ever stop having fun while doing it. In her free time Irina loves enjoying good spicy dish and a drink with her family and friends.

After falling in love with the Netherlands on an unexpected solo trip, Andrea decided to build her life in this beautiful country that captured her heart. With a background in program assistance and organizational support, she enjoys creating organized and efficient environments while helping teams achieve their goals. Known for her positive energy and reliability, Andrea takes pride in being the go-to problem solver in any situation.
As an international herself, Andrea deeply connects with the mission of Undutchables, finding joy in helping others navigate their journeys to new opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys long distance running, diving into a good book, and watching stand-up comedy.
Elçin grew up in a relatively small city in Turkey and has always found happiness in connecting the right people with the right positions and touching lives. In 2023, she made a significant decision to move to the Netherlands. Her path crossed with Undutchables right away, and actually (fun fact), before joining our Eindhoven team as a Recruitment Consultant, she also found her previous job thanks to Undutchables. So, as both an expat and someone who found a job through Undutchables, Elçin understands our candidates very well. She truly believes that trusting and working with Undutchables will be one of the best decisions you make for your career in the Netherlands! In her free time, Elçin loves to draw and play computer games; if the weather is nice and she can catch the sun, you might come across her taking long walks around Eindhoven!
Our Branch Manager Mark brings a great sense of humor and positivity to the team. He works hard at ensuring that the Eindhoven clients are taken care of. He acts as a partner for his clients and is the go-to person in the office for his team. Mark worked at the Utrecht office before, as a Recruitment Consultant, and also worked as a Branch Manager in our The Hague/Rotterdam office. Nowadays, he spends his time leading the Eindhoven office. His impeccable customer service makes him a firm favorite of our clients. In his spare time he likes to prepare delicious meals for his family and friends.
