Carmen's journey from South Africa to the Netherlands has been an exciting one! After visiting the Netherlands in 2019, Carmen, along with her husband and two children, fell in love with the country and finally made the move in 2023, finding a new place to call home.
Carmen’s career in recruitment began in 2005 and has always been a passion embedded in her DNA. Now working as a recruitment consultant in The Hague, she’s found the perfect role to fulfill her aspirations. Being part of an international company and connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds is something Carmen deeply values.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys family adventures and culinary exploration. Traveling around Europe with her husband and children offers endless opportunities to discover new cultures, while her love for cooking allows her to bring the flavours of these experiences into her kitchen.

Aubrey fell in love with the Netherlands several years ago during a temporary stay and was lucky enough to get to move here permanently. Working at Undutchables is a dream job for Aubrey. Having grown up in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Moscow, she has developed a strong passion for travel, exploring, and learning about different cultures. She knows firsthand what it is like to relocate and build a career in a new place, and now uses her experience to help other internationals find their way.
What originally started as a relocation to the Netherlands for her bachelor’s degree has turned into building roots and settling in The Hague. In her free time, you can find her going on long walks in the dunes or at the beach, or bouldering with friends.
