Originally from Germany, Maria has lived and worked in several countries including Australia, the United States, and, since 2025, the Netherlands. Her international experience has given her a good understanding of what it means to transition into a new country such as adapting to a different culture, language and building a new life. With this global perspective, Maria is dedicated to finding the perfect match between candidates and clients. She knows that a positive and supportive work environment plays a key role in helping people settle into their new surroundings and thrive both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Maria is an active person who enjoys a wide range of sports like playing tennis, doing Pilates, and swimming. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s going on long hikes or peaceful walks in nature.

Aubrey fell in love with the Netherlands several years ago during a temporary stay and was lucky enough to get to move here permanently. Working at Undutchables is a dream job for Aubrey. She loves working in an international environment and hearing the stories of other Undutchables finding their way in the Netherlands, especially since she can relate. Finding great new ways to reach out to and support our candidates and international companies is something she is passionate about and looks forward to every day. In her spare time she likes to play the piano, go secondhand shopping, hang out with her cat George, and work on creative projects with her husband.
