Srinarty was born and raised in Indonesia. She always had the big dream to live in The Netherlands because of the Dutch postcards she would see with beautiful and picturesque tulips and windmills. In 2019 Srinarty moved to The Netherlands, fell in love with the country and decided to settle down. Since boerenkool is too flat for her, cooking became her new hobby next to singing. Srinarty is part of the Undutchables Amsterdam Office as a Recruitment Consultant. There is something good in everything bad, focus on that! That is what makes her stronger and gives her the ability to spread positive vibes and live happier.

Our Sales & Recruitment Manager for the Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven offices was raised in France and came back to Europe a few years ago after over 15 years spent in the UK and North America. She has over 15 years’ experience in Business Development and is always excited about growing Undutchables clients’ base and building lasting relationships through her international network.
She was an Undutchables candidate before becoming part of the Undutchables Family which gives her the best insight to accompany the talent acquisition of Undutchables’ international clients! She enjoys welcoming family and friends to her adoptive country, particularly at one of her favorite spots along the Scheveningen beach. Büşra was born and raised in Turkey. After her bachelor's in Turkey, she moved to India and later Germany for job opportunities. Büşra’s journey continued in 2019 when she moved to the Netherlands. Working in other countries gave her a great feeling of empathy towards people who are currently on the same job search path. She is therefore very happy to work as one of the Recruitment Consultants at Undutchables, and use her personal experience in her career. In her free time, you can find her doing yoga, reading, painting, and exploring the world further.
