Büşra was born and raised in Turkey. After her bachelor's in Turkey, she moved to India and later Germany for job opportunities. Büşra’s journey continued in 2019 when she moved to the Netherlands. Working in other countries gave her a great feeling of empathy towards people who are currently on the same job search path. She is therefore very happy to work as one of the Recruitment Consultants at Undutchables, and use her personal experience in her career. In her free time, you can find her doing yoga, reading, painting, and exploring the world further.

Irina forms part of the Recruitment Consultant team from our Amsterdam office. Born in the Netherlands, living most of her life in Mexico and being raised by her Dutch and Spanish family she is very internationally minded and feels at home within different cultures and their particular views on life. She finds joy in spreading positive vibes, always looking for a good laugh and offering a helping hand. She believes one must focus on their goals but never ever stop having fun while doing it. In her free time Irina loves enjoying good spicy dish and a drink with her family and friends.

Carmen's journey from South Africa to the Netherlands has been an exciting one! After visiting the Netherlands in 2019, Carmen, along with her husband and two children, fell in love with the country and finally made the move in 2023, finding a new place to call home.
Carmen’s career in recruitment began in 2005 and has always been a passion embedded in her DNA. Now working as a recruitment consultant in The Hague, she’s found the perfect role to fulfill her aspirations. Being part of an international company and connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds is something Carmen deeply values.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys family adventures and culinary exploration. Traveling around Europe with her husband and children offers endless opportunities to discover new cultures, while her love for cooking allows her to bring the flavours of these experiences into her kitchen.
