Elçin grew up in a relatively small city in Turkey and has always found happiness in connecting the right people with the right positions and touching lives. In 2023, she made a significant decision to move to the Netherlands. Her path crossed with Undutchables right away, and actually (fun fact), before joining our Eindhoven team as a Recruitment Consultant, she also found her previous job thanks to Undutchables. So, as both an expat and someone who found a job through Undutchables, Elçin understands our candidates very well. After a year and half of a love-story with Undutchables, Camila happily (and finally) joined the Utrecht Team in September 2021. Originally from Brazil, Camila is an Undutchable herself and knows all too well how challenging it can be to find "your place" in a new country and culture.
