As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the executive team and contributing to the efficiency of the operations. This part-time role (16 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is adaptable, highly organized, and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize and prepare for executive and board meetings, including drafting agendas.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Facilitate clear communication between the executive team and staff members.

Requirements

  • C1 level English speaker.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles/ relevant educational background in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • You are a flexible individual who thrives in a start-up environment.
  • A collaborative team player who works well in a dynamic group setting.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools and systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
