Job description
As a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee the efficient and compliant global distribution of investigational products to clinical sites and logistics service providers (LSPs). Acting as a key point of contact, you will coordinate across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of shipping issues, temperature data reviews, and the management of assigned expertise areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee sales order and stock transfer order processes.
- Manage manual and electronic Proof of Receipt handling and review temperature data.
- Address temperature excursions during transit and at sites, as well as manage product returns and reconciliations.
- Support import license management and coordinate expiry relabeling campaigns.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for specific areas and maintain related KPIs.
- Handle and resolve distribution complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely and compliant shipment of investigational products to clinical sites.
- Collaborate with QA, warehouse teams, clinical site monitors, couriers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Proven experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements impacting clinical supply processes.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Skilled in working with computer-based business tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
