Job description

As a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee the efficient and compliant global distribution of investigational products to clinical sites and logistics service providers (LSPs). Acting as a key point of contact, you will coordinate across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of shipping issues, temperature data reviews, and the management of assigned expertise areas.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales order and stock transfer order processes.
• Manage manual and electronic Proof of Receipt handling and review temperature data.
• Address temperature excursions during transit and at sites, as well as manage product returns and reconciliations.
• Support import license management and coordinate expiry relabeling campaigns.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for specific areas and maintain related KPIs.
• Handle and resolve distribution complaints efficiently.
• Ensure timely and compliant shipment of investigational products to clinical sites.
• Collaborate with QA, warehouse teams, clinical site monitors, couriers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements impacting clinical supply processes.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Skilled in working with computer-based business tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
