Job description

 As an ERP & Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and continuous improvement. You will be the primary contact for ERP support, ensuring systems function efficiently while leading initiatives to enhance business processes through automation. This role is essential for maintaining standardized reporting and developing new tools for data analysis, visualization, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage standardized performance and budget reports, ensuring alignment with the broader strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system support, addressing issues, managing incidents, and providing training.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency and drive operational excellence.
• Lead the development of tools and reports to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and improvement opportunities, aiding in decision-making.
• Stay informed on market trends in database management, analytics, and automation technologies.
• Lead ERP operational support and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage the month-end closing process and participate in global ERP improvement projects as the order-to-cash subject matter expert.
• Develop automated dashboards and tools to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Ensure all supply chain systems and processes comply with relevant regulations such as GDP, GMP, and SOX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and communication.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with SAP Order-to-Cash and SAP TM (or similar ERP systems).
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional system capabilities.
