We're looking for a Help Desk Officer who’s passionate about supporting teachers and creating a positive impact in education.As part of our client's team, you’ll help teachers worldwide streamline their lessons by guiding them through our intuitive software and providing top-notch support. If you’re customer-focused, proactive, and love taking initiative, this role could be the perfect fit!
Your Role in a NutshellAs the first point of contact for customer inquiries (mainly by email), you’ll handle a variety of requests, from technical troubleshooting to sales inquiries and light administrative support. You’re someone who looks beyond the question to understand the underlying needs, using customer feedback to drive improvements.
And the “& More” Part?Good question! While peak times like the start of the school year may mean more customer support, quieter times bring opportunities for creative projects.
You might find yourself:
  • Developing social media content (like TikTok)
  • Creating new templates for our library
  • Writing blog posts
  • Testing and providing feedback on new features
  • Assisting with illustration projects (stickers, backgrounds, assets)
  • Producing instructional videos
  • Supporting UI/UX design
  • Conducting research
  • Experience in any of these areas is a plus but not required!

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Self-starter who feels responsible and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • A knack for learning new software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work from the Bunnik office twice a week.
  • Availability of 24-32 hours per week.
