HR Operations and Payroll Lead

Job description
The position is the backbone of HR. This position will take care of all the administration that will come out of the 11 payrolls and 10 countries we are located at the moment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Compliance: Develop and maintain a reliable, professional HR administration system that covers insurances, pensions, government benefits, and other employee documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Documentation: Oversee the processing and verification of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, onboarding, and offboarding.
Payroll Management: Administer and manage payroll processes across 10 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Policy Development Support: Assist in the creation and implementation of Global/EMEA HR policies, contributing to the refinement and improvement of HR practices.
HR Systems & Process Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on HR systems, processes, workflows, and best practices, with a particular focus on Workday (experience preferred).
Project Leadership: Lead or support key HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, process improvement, and employee experience.
HR Reporting Structure: Establish and maintain a structured HR reporting system that delivers insightful data for decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of HR administration experience, ideally in a multi-country or pan-European environment.
- Knowledge of international HR practices, PARTICULARLY WITH PAYROLL AND INSURANCES .
- Workday experience is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English. Speaking Dutch is seen as a big advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels and cultural backgrounds.
- Friendly, approachable, with a sense of humor, and skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to processes and documentation.
- Proactive, solution-focused, with the ability to demonstrate influence and foster continuous improvement within HR operations.
