Job description
We are seeking a
Junior Global Clinical Study Planner to support the planning and execution of
clinical trial supplies. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that investigational medicines are available at the right place and time, maintaining a high service level for global clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in translating clinical study team requirements into an actionable global supply plan.
- Support demand forecasting and demand pattern analysis, participating in key stakeholder meetings to align supply strategies.
- Act as a secondary liaison between clinical study teams, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure supply continuity.
- Help resolve logistical challenges impacting study timelines and R&D milestones.
- Coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment of clinical supplies.
- Identify and escalate risks related to study timelines and clinical supplies to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of six months of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Dutch proficiency is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Working conditions

- Hybrid position: work on-site in Breda two to three times per week.
- Travel expense reimbursement based on commuting distance.
- The contract will be through Undutchables.
Salary from: €3700,-
Salary to: €3900,-
