About the Role: As a Process Owner, you will take charge of managing change projects within Common Sourcing, ensuring the sustainable and efficient improvement of business processes. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between various departments and IT solutions, driving innovation, and implementing change.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, encompassing everything from project planning to final approval of deliverables within the realm of business processes and development.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze, develop, and enhance business processes. Collaborate with departments such as Commercial, Logistics, QA, IT, and Finance to address process-related inquiries and streamline IT-supported solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, root causes of defects, and areas ripe for improvement.
  • Implementation: Implement process changes and new procedures, supporting IT application updates and changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain all process documentation in a standardized manner, considering change requests, new developments, and IT tools.
  • Workflow Design: Design and implement workflows to support new business activities.
  • Monitoring: Validate measurement systems and continuously monitor results.
  • Team Dynamics: Enhance team dynamics and functionality through effective facilitation skills.
  • Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to keep organizational leaders and stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Training: Support the training of new employees on business processes and systems.

Requirements

Who Are You?
  • Business fluent in English
  • Lean Green or Yellow Belt Certification: Knowledge of Lean Principles and a minimum qualification of Lean Green or Yellow Belt is a must.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with a structured and organized approach.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Windows Office applications.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication skills.
