Sales Executive | German – Relocation to Gothenburg, Sweden

Job description
We’re looking for a German speaking Sales Executive to join fast growing team in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be one of the first hires focused on the German speaking region, with a unique chance to shape strategy, grow quickly, and contribute to a dynamic FinTech scale up environment.
- Lead the full sales cycle: from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Run engaging product demos and discovery calls with potential customers.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Drive market penetration in the DACH region with a hands on approach.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
Requirements
We’re seeking someone who is self driven, proactive, and excited by new challenges. You’ll thrive here if you’re ambitious, adaptable, and enjoy building something from the ground up.You are:
- Energetic, ambitious, and a strong communicator.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- Not afraid of picking up the phone resilience is your middle name.
- Experienced in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or FinTech).
- Fluent in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1).
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Bonus points if you:- Speak Swedish.
- Have experience in logistics, tech startups, or the SaaS space.
- Are familiar with Salesforce or CRM-based selling environments
Working conditions
Competitive base salary (€2,500–3,000/month) + performance-based bonus Permanent contract with 6 month probationFull relocation support package, including:
