Job description

  • Identify training needs for different teams and roles.
  • Work with sales leadership to align training programs with business goals.
  • Develop and implement a regional training and onboarding strategy.
  • Plan and schedule training sessions, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales Enablement, and Branding teams to align learning content.
  • Design and deliver learning programs for employees at different career stages.
  • Create customized training based on specific needs and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment that values diversity.
  • Develop instructional materials and integrate modern learning technologies.
  • Use digital tools to enhance both online and in-person training experiences.
  • Stay updated on best practices in adult learning and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure training materials meet branding guidelines and company standards.
  • Act as the go-to expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) and support its use across the region.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience in sales, training, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading training sessions in-person or online.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development best practices, including adult learning methods, training design, and performance measurement.
  • Expertise in instructional design, including course planning, curriculum development, and the use of technology for training.
  • Proven experience in designing and rolling out large-scale training programs, including assessing needs and managing resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage teams at all levels.
  • Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Working conditions

  • Salary up to 70.000 yearly plus 8% holiday allowance
