Job description

We are seeking a Senior Associate Contracts & Pricing to join the Global Contracts and Pricing Operations (Global CPO) team within Global Value & Access. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct application of pricing on orders, timely payment of contractual rebates, and supporting system development and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate support for contracts and pricing within assigned country clusters.
• Perform business testing, data integrity checks, and support system changes.
• Support user access, approval workflows, and provide system/process training.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Drive process improvements and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Contracts and Pricing operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or MS Project; experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
