This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, balancing risk and opportunity through strategic data analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating program forecasts, financial performance, and key operational metrics to guide business strategy and mitigate risks. Your insights will directly impact the design and execution of programs that drive customer behavior and revenue growth.
This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Sourcing, ensuring that decisions are both data-driven and aligned with business objectives. • Forecasting & Data Analysis – Analyze program performance data, financial metrics, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Use data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
• Financial Risk Assessment – Evaluate revenue forecasts, cost structures, and profitability metrics, providing recommendations that enhance financial stability.
• Strategic Insights – Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize program structures, ensuring they deliver maximum value for retailers while managing commercial risk.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a key advisor to Sales teams, helping them structure deals with a data-backed approach. Coordinate with Finance on budgeting and forecasting, and with Sourcing on product selection.
• Reporting & Visualization – Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risk.

• Data-Driven Decision Maker – You can break down complex data and turn it into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Experience - you have several years of experience in a similar role
• Location - you are located close to den Bosch
• Financially Savvy – You understand key financial concepts and can interpret revenue models, costs, and risk factors.
• Strong Communicator – You can translate data insights into compelling narratives and confidently present findings to stakeholders.
