Always up to date to find your dream job!
We only need a few personal details, thanks!
We have shared a lot with you about our company, our events, the Netherlands as a country and their traditions. We feel like it is high time you got acquainted with some of our colleagues. This blog will give you more insight into the life of an Undutchables team member, the challenges they face, their most memorable moments and their guilty pleasures. This week we will introduce our Eindhoven office assistant, Celina Holm. Enjoy!
I wasn't specifically looking for a job in recruitment, but I knew beforehand that I wanted to do something with administration or assisting; basically I wanted to be the person who takes care of everything. Back then I came across this job vacancy for an Office Assistant at our office in Eindhoven, which was also super close to where I lived so that was an easy decision to make. It was actually my first adult job, or as they call it in Dutch: 'eerste grote mensen baan' 😊. So that’s how I ended up in recruitment.
What I love the most is to make sure that everything is organized and runs smoothly for our candidates, and also for my colleagues.
Multitasking. Often I get multiple questions from our clients, (potential) candidates, colleagues, etc. all at the same time. It is then important to set priorities.
Taking our dogs to the office day! It was also a real hit on our socials.
Communication is key in my opinion.
Running a lunchroom, a small coffee spot or something similar. But, on the other hand, being your own boss doesn't just mean working from 9 to 5. 😉
Falling asleep in front of the television while watching a Netflix movie or a TV program.
Quickfire questions
Q: Coffee or tea
A: Tea
Q: Sun or snow?
A: Definitely sun
Q: Are you a morning or a night person?
A: Neither... I don’t actually know 😝
Q: If you could go any where in the world where would you go and why?
A: I think somewhere like Zanzibar or the Maldives. Beautiful destinations.
