However, it should also be considered that we recruiters do not focus on only one opportunity, which means that in the future, or even simultaneously, we might have more opportunities for you. Therefore, it is really important to communicate your career goals, salary expectations, and preferred work environment openly. This helps recruiters understand what you are looking for and ensures they can match you with roles that align with your aspirations and needs. Clear communication can prevent potential mismatches which could put you on another job search in the long run.
