Recruiting across borders, working with global teams, and encouraging diversity in your company are becoming increasingly important in the current labour market. Luckily, Undutchables has known this for a long time and we are happy to share our knowledge about how to best create and work with international teams. Recently our colleague, Marjan Stoit, was invited to do just that and share her expertise on the international recruitment market with the paraDIGMA groep as part of their Anders Denken Podcast (Think Differently Podcast).
In this podcast episode Marjan was able to discuss the benefits of diversity, provide insights into the current market, and highlight the wealth of international talent already present in, or interested in relocating to, the Netherlands. A key part of the podcast also included a discussion of commonly perceived problems with recruiting internationally and some great solutions (that are simpler than you might think) for how to deal with them. It was great to be part of such a great discussion with the paraDIGMA groep about such an important topic.
