Part 1: Navigating International Rules and Regulations on DEI 


We will kick off the series by diving into the international rules and regulations surrounding the topic of diversity and inclusion. 

Join with other HR professionals and hiring managers to explore the complexities of international diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) regulations. Discuss how organizations can ensure compliance while making international employees feel welcome, even when working remotely or in hybrid settings.

This time we will focus on advanced methods for developing and retaining international talent. Plus, extra insights from employee resource group (ERG), managers and recruitment.

Part 3 (live): Creating an inclusive company culture for internationals

We will round of the series with a live session to discuss the importance of fostering an inclusive environment that supports international employees especially. We will highlight strategies such as implementing mentorship programs, providing continuous learning opportunities, embedding in the local culture, connecting with local employees and promoting cultural sensitivity. An interactive session packed with great tips for HR, managers and recruitment.

Wendy Broersen is the founder and CEO of Superpeople Company, which assists organizations in attracting, retaining, and developing diverse workforces. With nearly two decades as a serial entrepreneur, she has earned multiple awards and nominations. Wendy has hosted a Dutch TV show, serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, and is an international speaker. She authored "NOT for HR," a practical guide on fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations. Additionally, Wendy developed Equalitypoly, the first management game designed to help companies move beyond discussions to actionable diversity initiatives. Currently, she is working on an augmented reality-based unconscious bias training and has created a revolutionary model to cultivate inclusive cultures.

​Marjan Stoit is the Commercial Manager at Undutchables Recruitment Agency, specializing in connecting organizations with multilingual talent. With extensive experience in international recruitment, she is dedicated to forming new partnerships to help companies find the best candidates.
