Job description
You are always thinking ahead. What is the next project? How can you grow current relationships? What new chances can you create? You take full ownership of your revenue plan and always know your top five opportunities with both existing and new clients.
You manage important client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. You guide the strategic direction of the work and are the main contact when challenges come up during production.
This role focuses on leading a key client. You understand the market, what makes our company stand out, and how to make sure we stay profitable. You bring strong drive, confidence, and experience to win and close deals.
You are responsible for :
- Growing revenue and profit by managing sales and making sure projects deliver strong business results.
- Managing and expanding a key global client relationship, keeping the client happy and finding new opportunities to grow the partnership.
- Leading and motivating the global team, working closely with Producers and Project Managers to make sure work is delivered at a high standard.
- Being a trusted role model, showing professionalism, teamwork, and helping to build a positive work culture.
- Supporting company goals, making sure their work aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Encouraging sustainable and eco-friendly practices in daily work.
- Representing the company spirit, sharing the values of creativity, teamwork, and innovation in everything they do.
Requirements
Requirements- Experience in the same industry is a must.
- At least 6 years of experience as an Account Director.
- Strong track record in growing revenue through strategic client relationships.
- Always looking for new business opportunities.
- Solid commercial understanding with proven success in delivering profit and managing budgets.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Good technical knowledge and industry expertise.
- Empathetic, diplomatic, and tactful in all interactions.
- Able to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
