Job description
As an Account Manager you'll thrive in relationship management and sales, focusing on both nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new customers in the Latin American and American region. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, resolving issues, and actively pursuing new clients to drive revenue growth. You'll also play a crucial role in providing progress updates on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inactive or abandoned quotes to revitalize potential sales opportunities;
- Proactively acquire new customers to stimulate business growth;
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts throughout the region to ensure satisfaction and retention;
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any complaints or issues;
- Travel at least four times per year to visit clients, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities;
- Continuously expand your expertise in product knowledge and market development to better serve clients and drive sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset;
- Affinity with E-commerce and Business Intelligence is advantageous;
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
