Job description
Your RoleAs an Accounting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing and streamlining our financial operations. With a high degree of independence and a hands-on approach, you’ll have the opportunity to shape processes and ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities- Processing incoming invoices.
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
- Drafting and issuing sales invoices.
- Managing accounts receivable.
- Maintaining and reconciling bank transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- A completed education in Modern Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- HBO-level thinking and working proficiency.
- Excellent Dutch language skills (C1+), English is a must, and German is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and a dynamic / problem-solving mindset.
- Hours: Full-time (24–40 hours per week)
