Job description

We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller with a strong background in financial accounting and data analytics to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial result reporting, planning, statutory reporting, and regional business performance monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and data querying tools.
Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, result reporting, and control processes to ensure alignment with business goals.Establish and manage financial reporting dashboards for real-time business insights.Oversee statutory reporting (financial and tax) to ensure compliance with local and Company's Group standards.Monitor and report on regional business performance, providing key insights to regional management and sales teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within regional office and HQ to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Initially, you will be required to work from the office every day; afterward, you may work from home one day per week.

• At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting, controlling, or financial data analysis is a MUST
• Solid understanding of Dutch and European tax frameworks; familiarity with Dutch tax regulations and reporting.
• Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools, particularly SAP and Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Skilled in designing and managing reporting dashboards, leveraging data analytics to report on business performance.
• Study background in Financial Accounting, Business, or a related field, with significant experience in financial data analytics is a MUST
• Language skills: Dutch (B1/B2 level) and English is fluent (MUST), knowledge of German considered a plus.
