Job description

We are seeking an Artwork Reviewer with a strong mindset for process improvement to support the creation and review of pharmaceutical artworks. In this role, you will ensure all packaging and labeling materials comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review artworks and supplier print proofs according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide input to optimize artwork processes and support continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate artwork execution.
  • Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and process enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Packaging/Labeling experience in a GMP environment.
  • Experience as an Artwork Designer within the pharmaceutical industry or packaging industry is a pre
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid position:  flexible hybrid working arrangement. While remote work is possible, a presence in the Breda office a few days a week is preferred during the initial training period.
  • Competitive salary package with travel expense reimbursement.
