Job description

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support multi-department projects, primarily focused on Maintenance Operations. In this role, you will drive operational improvements, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes. You will play a crucial role in managing procurement, vendor relationships, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support Technician and Engineering teams with projects, maintenance programs, and training.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and company policies, and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in procurement-related tasks, including vendor negotiations, invoice verification, and supplier management.
• Draft, revise, and present operational documentation (SOPs, training materials, job plans).
• Track and present performance metrics across multiple departments.
• Manage and plan Maximo work orders, supporting project timelines and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SAP.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GMP/GDP environments is preferred.

Working conditions

• Hybrid work with 4 days on-site presence required.
