Job description
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support multi-department projects, primarily focused on Maintenance Operations. In this role, you will drive operational improvements, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes. You will play a crucial role in managing procurement, vendor relationships, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support Technician and Engineering teams with projects, maintenance programs, and training.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and company policies, and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in procurement-related tasks, including vendor negotiations, invoice verification, and supplier management.
- Draft, revise, and present operational documentation (SOPs, training materials, job plans).
- Track and present performance metrics across multiple departments.
- Manage and plan Maximo work orders, supporting project timelines and operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SAP.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in GMP/GDP environments is preferred.
Working conditions
- Hybrid work with 4 days on-site presence required.

Salary from: €3800,-
