Job description

We are looking for an Associate Project Management Support to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will contribute to multi-departmental projects, process improvements, and procurement support related to facilities, utilities, and engineering operations. You will also be a key point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliant and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project coordination and implementation across Facilities, Utility Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and support documentation updates (e.g., SOPs, training materials).
  • Coordinate procurement activities: identify suppliers, negotiate terms, manage purchase orders, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Track and report operational metrics, assist in audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Use Maximo for work order planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational and compliance objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 4 years of project management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Maximo, SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid role based in Breda; on-site presence required.
  • Only candidates already residing in the Netherlands will be considered, due to time constraints.
  • Contract via Undutchables.
  • Competitive salary and travel cost reimbursement depending on location.
