Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who is deeply familiar with the logistics and freight forwarding landscape in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the German market. This position requires a self-starter who can operate independently, with remote work possibilities and minimal supervision.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the German logistics market.
  • Perform cold calling and other lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.
  • Understand and address complex customer requirements, particularly in logistics projects such as exhibitions, long-term storage, and factory relocations.
  • Collaborate with partner offices for support and utilize company resources effectively to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong familiarity with the logistics sector in Germany, including market trends and key players.
  • Ability to work independently from home or in remote settings with occasional travel to the Maastricht office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Must be based in or near Düsseldorf.
