Are you a seasoned Credit Controller looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Our client, a leading European market player in the product media industry, is seeking a diligent and proactive Credit Controller to join their team. You will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable of our customers, ensuring that all tasks in the workflow are completed efficiently.
What You Will Do:
  • Manage and monitor payment deadlines, identifying and anticipating risks.
  • Ensure timely reminders for late payments, following up by phone when necessary.
  • Approach customers regarding overdue bills.
  • Monitor overdue receivables, addressing collection risks, and minimizing DSO (daily sales outstanding).
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and the customer contact center to improve collection processes.
  • Record and document payment issues and customer communications.
  • Block and release customer orders as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc issues and projects.

Requirements

Who You Are:
  • Associate or Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Credit Controller.
  • Available for 40 hours per week, 32 hours is open for discussion.
  • Accurate and service-minded.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiar with booking and processing bank statements.
  • Strong knowledge of English; Polish is required, Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
