Job description

You will be at the forefront of our efforts to keep customers engaged and loyal. You will have the opportunity to shape & enhance our customer experience and engagement strategy. You are an experienced professional able to segment our customer base and design tailored communication strategies for our selected segment.

• Drive Customer Loyalty Strategies: Increase Customer lifetime value: Foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases, optimize loyalty program and personalized offers to encourage repeat business, proactively manage review website scores, Drive app growth: ensure more customers are directed towards using our app.
• Segment the Customer Base: Identify Target Segments: Define specific customer segments based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to identify customer trends, preferences, and behavior, leverage data insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences, measure the effectiveness of retention strategies and make data-driven adjustments.

Requirements

• Loyalty experience (5+ years)
• Strong relationship building abilities
• Track record in loyalty programs
• University (WO) degree
