• You guide and support customers in choosing the perfect product or service, offering helpful advice at every step.

Requirements

Who are we hoping to find?

• You have strong communication skills in both English and Dutch, written and spoken.
• You hold a university degree or have equivalent academic experience.
• You genuinely enjoy helping others and bring a positive, customer-first approach.
• You're adaptable, energetic, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You’re a collaborative team member who brings enthusiasm and value to group efforts.
• You think creatively and tackle challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in customer support or knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be an advantage.
• You're either already living in Valencia or open to relocating here.
