Job description
As a Customer Support and Content Specialist for the Spanish insurance market, you’ll have the unique opportunity to wear multiple hats, blending customer service with creative content development. You’ll be the voice of the company's brand, ensuring their Spanish-speaking customers receive top-notch support while also building engaging and informative content that makes their experience seamless.
What You'll Do:- Be the Go-To Person for Customers: Deliver amazing customer service via email, chat, and social media, answering inquiries and resolving issues with warmth and efficiency.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop FAQ articles, Chatbot scripts, email templates, and marketing content that resonates with the Spanish-speaking audience.
- Shape the Customer Journey: Design smooth, easy-to-follow processes and workflows that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other teams to ensure cohesive communication and contribute to exciting projects.
- Launch in a New Market: Bring fresh insights about the Spanish insurance market, helping them tailor their approach to meet local needs and preferences.
Requirements
- You have to have lived and worked in Spain for at least 2-4 years and experience with content creation in Spanish for the Spanish market is a must.
- Experience: 2-4 years of customer service and content creation experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish (C2-level) and English (spoken and written);
- Digital Skills: Experience with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), CMS, and basic knowledge of SEO for content creation.
- Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with experience in setting up and documenting workflows.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Spanish insurance market is a big plus, including consumer behaviors and cultural nuances.
- Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have to live in the Netherlands already and in a commutable distance and have a valid work visa. NO VISA SPONSORSHIP!
