Job description
You will be at the forefront of our efforts to keep customers engaged and loyal. You will have the opportunity to shape & enhance our customer experience and engagement strategy. You are an experienced professional able to segment our customer base and design tailored communication strategies for our selected segment.- Customer Retention: Increase customer lifetime value, drive customer frequency, optimize loyalty programs, and manage review website scores to maintain satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Implement and maintain a robust CRM system, automate processes, personalize customer interactions, and drive growth.
- Customer Targeting: Define customer segments, create targeted marketing campaigns , and maximize email marketing.
- Customer Engagement: Develop engaging content, use various communication channels, and leverage customer feedback to improve our offerings.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze customer data, optimize marketing campaigns, and adjust retention strategies to improve customer experience.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of CRM and retention specialists, collaborate with other departments, and foster a customer-centric culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven CRM skills
- Strong relationship building abilities
- Track record in loyalty programs
- University (WO) degree
