Job description
As a
Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a more proactive and scalable support experience. You’ll oversee the support team, optimize workflows, and engage directly with users to ensure they get the most out of the platform. You'll also help train our AI support agent and contribute to content and feedback projects.
Key responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team and ensure service quality
- Respond to user inquiries via email and occasional video calls
- Monitor inbox performance, user satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement
- Train and maintain our AI support agent using internal knowledge resources
- Contribute to content creation (e.g. help articles, tutorials, webinars)
- Collect and analyze user feedback and collaborate closely with the Account Manager
Requirements
What we’re looking for:The ideal candidate is a proactive and tech-savvy team player with a passion for helping users and improving processes. You bring strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a natural drive to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:- Experience in customer success or another customer-facing role
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Friendly, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working with new tools and technologies
- Able to prioritize tasks and take initiative independently
- A collaborative mindset and interest in working in a mission-driven team
- Availability to work from the office in Bunnik at least two days a week
Please note: only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work here will be considered for this position.
Working conditions
You will be offered a temporary agency contract for the first 7 months.Additional details:- Salary based on experience
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)
- Hybrid work setup (at least 2 days/week in the Bunnik office)
