Job description
It’s all about the customer and how you can serve them best during all stages of their life cycle. This requires maintaining relationships both internally and externally with cultural sensitivity and the drive to bridge differences between people and organisations.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver technical training and post-deployment support to customers.
- Proactively address customer concerns and identify opportunities for enhancing their experience.
- This position would require some international travel
- Experience in account management or customer relations
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations
Technical Expertise:- Provide hands-on technical guidance during product setup, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively, leveraging an advanced technical skill set.
- Contribute to technical solutions and improvements, working closely with engineering teams.
- Possess a deep understanding of system architecture and configuration, capable of assembling and optimizing complex systems with minimal guidance.
Requirements
Education Qualification & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Bachelor Degree (minimum)
- Functional knowledge of the products
- Experience in Account management or Customer relations
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations
- Special interest in the aviation sector
