As a
Customer Support Associate | Dutch & English, you’ll be the friendly expert helping both
Dutch and English-speaking users get the most out of our client’s smart software. Your support will directly impact customer satisfaction and help strengthen their presence in Dutch-speaking markets.
What you'll do- Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone — always aiming for speed and clarity
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding journey
- Lead training sessions to help users work smarter with the platform
- Gather feedback from Dutch-speaking customers to share with internal teams
- Contribute to team projects and knowledge sharing to improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
What we’re looking forYou enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making sure users feel truly supported — even on busy days. If you're organized, communicative, and care about creating great experiences, this role might be a perfect fit.
You’ll shine in this role if you have:- At least 1 year of experience in a support or other customer-facing position
- Fluency in Dutch - at least C1 level - with confident English to work across teams and clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A customer-first mindset, with genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed
- A proactive and curious attitude, with a collaborative spirit and sense of ownership
