In today’s digital landscape, organizations demand transparency and assurance when it comes to security and compliance. As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Questionnaire Specialist, you’ll be responsible for addressing security-related inquiries from enterprise clients, ensuring that company policies align with industry standards.

• Every day, you'll handle security questionnaires from customers, articulating complex security measures in a clear and confident manner.
• Work closely with internal security, legal, and product teams to align responses to questions in the questionnaires with certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Analyze security documentation and compliance policies to address customer concerns.
• Identify areas where security processes can be improved and help refine internal workflows.
• Handling customer calls to resolve security-related concerns.

Please note that this role involves dedicating a significant amount of time to answering customer questions from security questionnaires. The ideal person we are looking for is a tech-savvy person who enjoys working with texts—someone who feels comfortable answering questions full-time.

Requirements

• technical knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance principles.
• Tech-savy & commercial
• English proficiency must be at a near-C2 or C2 level.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple security requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with cloud security, APIs, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with security questionnaires or customer-facing compliance tasks is ideal, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Please note that we are only considering candidates who are already based in the Netherlands and do not require relocation. We are also unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
