Direct Shipment Coordinator | Arabic

Job description
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Request and evaluate quotes from logistics providers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Monitor and control shipping costs, working to find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or delivery times
- Assist the inside sales team by preparing and sending out quotes to customers.
- Provide support in handling customer inquiries and requests related to quotes and orders.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
- Fluency in Arabic
- You are good with calculations
- you know how to work with Excel
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- You live maximum 40 km from Katwijk (Noord-Brabant)
Working conditions
- A 1 year or 7 month contract, followed by another temporary contract, which will be followed by a permanent contract
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel cost allowance of €0,21 per kilometer
Salary from: €2500,-
Salary to: €3500,-
