This role is pivotal in ensuring that all shipments are supported by accurate shipping documentation, meeting legal and company standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Requirements
- MBO level 4+ qualification.
- Relevant experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on documentation and container management.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate various business scenarios to customers, senior business leaders, and middle management.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and capability to manage stress in challenging situations.
