Job description
They are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee operations on Amazon and Zoo+. This role will have a high level of autonomy, with a primary focus on driving growth in the EMEA market. The position involves managing sales, optimizing product listings, executing advertising campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Amazon and Zoo+ operations in the EMEA region, including inventory management, listings optimization, and compliance.
- Develop and implement advertising strategies (PPC, DSP, and platform-specific tools) to drive market-specific growth.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, improve KPIs, and guide decision-making for the EMEA market.
- Build strategies for expanding market share and launching new products in EMEA.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain strong seller ratings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts; Zoo+ experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in e-commerce growth, particularly in the EMEA region.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Zoo+ platform tools.
- Some experience with Brand Activations and/or Trade Marketing is a plus.
