Job description
In this role, you will perform various financial and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping of purchase and sales invoices and processing order approval requests. You will ensure that the administration is always up-to-date, maintain an overview of processes, and assist colleagues when needed. Team members provide backup for each other. If you enjoy working with numbers and have strong attention to detail, this could be the right role for you.
- Verifying and allocating purchase invoices
- Preparing sales invoices
- Handling requests and daily correspondence in French
- Monitoring quotations and ongoing projects
Requirements
- MBO level of work and thinking
- C2 level of French
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Living in or near Hoofddorp
- Reasonable command of the Dutch language
