Job description

Are you someone who enjoys structure, precision, and being part of a supportive team? In this role, you’ll help keep financial processes organized and accurate—playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Processing incoming invoices and handling payments (accounts payable)
  • Preparing sales invoices and sending payment reminders (accounts receivable)
  • Supporting with bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Assisting in VAT declarations and related financial reporting
  • Communicating via email with both clients and suppliers

Requirements

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both accuracy and energy to the team—someone who’s proactive, reliable, and enjoys working in a structured environment. If you’re detail-oriented and like to take ownership of your tasks, you could be a great fit for this role.
You bring:
  • A completed MBO-4 level education, preferably in Business Administration or Financial Administration
  • Proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English
  • The ability to work independently and a hands-on mindset
  • A friendly and collaborative attitude
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and ideally with Business Central
  • Strong communication skills and a precise, well-organized working style
  • Residency within a reasonable commuting distance from our client's office in De Meern (Utrecht)
Please note: this is not a full-time position. It is the perfect opportunity for those looking to work 24 to 32 hours per week

Working conditions
