Job description

We are seeking an Associate Clinical Supply Chain to support project managers in setting up and managing clinical supply chains for global clinical trials. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing large volumes of information with accuracy, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Your contributions will help ensure the timely availability of investigational drugs for patients participating in clinical trials worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers in clinical supply chain activities.
  • Process and manage detailed information accurately within SAP and other systems.
  • Initiate and coordinate clinical label material requests, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
  • Ensure the timely setup and verification of study design tables and depot plans.
  • Facilitate and monitor the clinical artwork creation process.
  • Create and maintain the Product Specification File for submission to the Quality department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in clinical supply chain, biotech, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP and knowledge of supply chain principles (BOM preferred).
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes is an advantage.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid work model: initial 4-5 months on-site, then 2-3 days per week in Breda.

  • Travel expense reimbursement, dependent on distance.
